Te vas a la barra de menu --Edit y sale otra ventana con otra barra de menus ahí le das a -- SQL Queries y deseleccionas el checkbox "Safe Updates" abajo imagen ilustrativa o probar directamente la siguiente sentencia "SET SQL_SAFE_UPDATES=0;"
